GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP FOR KIDS CURRICULUM

“If we want generations to be good global citizens, it’s not enough to teach
them writing and reading, but we should instill ethics and human values in
their education as well.”
Hanan Al-Hroub, Winner Global Teacher Prize 2016

Global Citizenship for Kids: Our Mission

Empowering Kids to Improve the World

from the Start

From climate change to economic inequality, our most urgent problems are global. It is urgent that we address the awareness of global interdependency and promote critical thinking about international issues from the start of children's learning journey.

At Kindity, we have a curriculum  based on our core beliefs and values, specially crafted to explore global challenges with young learners and our educators, for them to feel, think and act with awareness and integrity.

Our value-based framework provides the guide for the global citizenship for kids lesson activities, where learners relate to a globalised world and take actions to make the world a better place.

We hope to nurture a generation of world problem solvers!

Global Citizenship for Kids: Text
Global Citizenship for Kids: Testimonials

We must foster global citizenship. Education is about more than literacy and numeracy. It is also about citizenry. Education must fully assume its essential role in helping people to forge more just, peaceful and tolerant societies.

Ban Ki-moon, United Nations Secretary-General (2012)

GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP FOR KIDS FRAMEWORK

The purpose of our framework is for our learners and educators to develop their knowledge and understanding, skills, values and attitudes. By engaging with global issues locally, they will be transformed to become agents of change.
